My parents recommended Nick and Lee to me a year or two ago, they've been my first point of call for every bit of electrical work I've needed since. They don't waste time and leave things really neat and tidy when finished. I recently had them in to rewire some of my kitchen and they were more than accomodating to the timings of my fitter, again, a super neat job, and are happy to explain anything about the work when I had questions (even went above and beyond recovering an extractor duct from my ceiling).

Five stars are not enough! We have been using TNJ Electrical for about four or five years. Originally for our big refurbishment project and more recently for day to day changes. They are unfailingly prompt and efficient, pleasant to be around, really know what they’re doing - and never leave a mess! Currently happy with the service. Still having ongoing work from them. They get back to you promptly and are punctual. I wasn't home but my partner let them in, they communicated with me while they were finding and fixing the fault, appeared genuine, didn't make my partner feel uncomfortable. Glad I managed to find reliable electricians for once. Have been let down by other electricians in Norwich already saying they will turn up and don't show or return call or message.
